A modular design platform that extends across all machine model platforms provides unprecedented flexibility. Adjustability at change-over provides the user with an equipment line built around their extensive product line. Ergonomic design has been a core focus for ease of label and pad roll changes to minimize production down time.
Counter
Count stacked and nested products with extreme accuracy and adjustability for all clamshells with adequate nesting gaps. Display is equipped with an Auto-Reset to zero that will automatically reset after a stack has been counted, and is fully adjustable to operator’s preference.
12oz Dual Pad + Label
Our fully automated single lane machine which denests the product, applies a shot of glue then inserts the absorbent padding material, applies top label and bottom UPC label via (2) label applicators from below, then upstacks the products at speeds up to 200+ parts per minute. A 2nd Pad Placing Mechanism is fully integrated for compatibility with the popular dual compartment 12oz clamshells.
